New Gripper Feeder
Applicable to high-speed processing and high precision feeding.
Applicable to different feeding stroke, different material thickness, and different material width with little change. This machine can be applied widely.
It's unnecessary to adjust the thickness, and feeding strokes could be altered by gears.
Standard Specification (Design) Description
Use of cam-driven intermittent feeding means
Alteration of feeding stroke is controled by 2-4 gears.
Only the under rollers are driven by motor, while the upper ones are pressed by spring. When insert material between the rollers, you could adjust the space between the rollers by the manual switch of air valve.
All rollers are plated with hard chrome.
Relaxation device is eccentric cam, so relaxation angle can be adjusted within the range of 135° -195 °
